|Ms. Sadia Aziz (Director of FPTC) â€“ took on the position of Director and setup the Froebel Professional Teaching Centre in January 2008. Before joining the Centre she was head of Froebel Nursery and Kindergarten for a period of 12 years â€“ her area of expertise being Early Childhood Education. During her tenure at Karachi Grammar School, she completed her training in Teacher Education from the University of Bradford.
Currently she is pursuing a Masterâ€™s programme in Educational Leadership from the Australian Catholic University. She is also involved in coordinating with teachers of the Primary and Junior Sections in development of English Language skills in students. Ms. Aziz plays a pivotal role in promoting and providing quality teacher training in Froebel Education Centre.
|Ms. Uzma Yahya (Master Trainer at FPTC) â€“joined Froebel Professional Training Centre as Master Trainer in February 2008. She has accumulated diversified experience in education from her very long, unswerving tenure at the City School Education System. In 1996 she joined the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow (Scotland) where she pursued her Post Graduate Diploma in Education.
Ms. Yahya is an experienced educationist and trainer who provides training courses to many aspiring teachers of diverse backgrounds. She also conducts regular in-house workshops and refresher courses for the teachers of Froebel Education Centre. She is committed to creating innovative and progressive teachers who are able to break away from the traditional views of education and impart an exciting and stimulating education for Pakistani students.
|Ms. Farah Ali is currently working as an Academic Coordinator at Froebel Education Centre – Junior Section. She completed her degree in International Relations from University of Karachi and participated in the Post Graduate Certificate Course at the University of Strathclyde in the area of education. Prior to joining Froebel Education Centre she had extensive experience in teaching and school management. She worked at The City School since 1992 in the teaching faculty and from 2001-2009 in the management.|
|Ms. Farah Zaeem Hanafi is presently a Science Teacher for the Junior section at Froebel Education Centre. She completed her education from the University of Karachi. Ms. Hanafi has been in the teaching profession for the last twenty years; she has taught at several renowned schools in Karachi and South Africa.|
|Ms. Ghazala Umer has been working as an Urdu teacher at Froebel Nursery and Kindergarten for over twenty years now. Prior to this she achieved certification as a Montessori teacher from AMI and has taught in various schools in Pakistan and America.|
|Ms. Nilofer Safdar Nensey has been a mathematics teacher for sixth grade at the Froebel Education Centre for ten years. Prior to joining FEC, she taught at St Michaels for a year and Taheri High School in Mumbai for five years. She earned a bachelorâ€™s degree in Arts from Mumbai University.|
|Ms. Sabira Ashraf has been an Urdu teacher at Froebel Education Centre since 1997. Prior to this she worked at St Michaels Convent School as both a subject teacher and head teacher of the primary section.|
|Joya Hashim â€“ has over 6 years work experience in the corporate and social sectors in Pakistan. Having completed her MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi she joined the field of Information Technology. Later she moved to Human Resources as a Consultant with a specialization in Management Training. Her particular areas of focus for trainings are Soft Skills more specifically Communications and Presentation Skills.|
