Froebel Education Centre was my home for 13 years and I made friends that are still my support system today. I had the opportunity to learn from passionate educators. The most beautiful thing about the teachers at FEC is that whenever I happen to meet them, they express a sense of pride and genuine interest in my career and life. I moved away from Pakistan in 2012 to begin my undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto. I attained a degree in Environmental Studies and Media Studies, after which I decided to pursue a Masters qualification from the University of Queensland in Brisbane. I am currently in my final semester of a Masters in Teaching degree and am looking forward to moving back home to finally start my career. I hope to leave the same footprint on my students that my teachers at FEC did and develop a similar relationship with them in years to come.
